I am a home baker in the East Bay Area, specializing in personalized cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for special events in the greater Bay Area.

Many people ask me how or why I started baking. Well, it all started with a special cake. On August 2, 2008, I married my lovely husband. For our anniversary in 2009, we ordered the top of our cake from Katrina Rozelle—a delightful chiffon cake filled with lime and mango mousse. However, in 2010, we had to move back to Toronto and couldn't order the cake. Unable to work in Toronto, I found myself watching a lot of Duff and Buddy on Food Network.

As our anniversary approached, I got the keen idea to try and replicate the top tier of our wedding cake. It was a struggle, but I did it, and I’ve been baking ever since.

This year, 2024, I decided to make that replica cake again. It looks 10 times better now. Cheers to 16 years of baking!
