Please note there are minimums when ordering: Cupcakes & Cookies 1 dozen // Custom Sugar Cookies 1/2 dozen. Custom Cookies start at $60/dozen and increase based on complexity. Please see my pricing page for more information.

Upon confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on completing your payment. We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

Please note that your order is not confirmed or scheduled until the invoice is paid in full or a 50% deposit is made. The final balance is due 7 days before your order date.

The earlier the better! I usually cannot accommodate orders with less than 2 weeks notice. However, please feel free to inquire regardless of time.

I am a licensed home baker based in the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area Francisco, proudly serving the greater Bay Area. Please note that I operate by order only and do not have walk-in hours.

I bake everything fresh to order and schedule my baking calendar based on order size and date. Due to the custom nature of my creations, I cannot offer refunds for orders canceled with less than a week's (6 days or less) notice.

All baked goods taste best if eaten within 2 days of receipt. Store them in a cool, dry place in a sealed container or zip-top bag

As a single person small business your agreed pick up time is very important to me. While a 15 minute grace period is permissible for pick up, a $15.00 late fee will be charged if you arrive beyond said grace period. I ask that you please communicate with me via text or phone call if you’re running late. While I am appreciative of your business and I understand that life happens, your tardiness can disrupt other obligations and or deliveries on that day.

Tu-Tu's Cupcakery products may contain & come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy & other allergens. If any of your guests have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify them of the risk and any possible allergens.

The serving size noted on the order form is based on personal research. Tu-Tu’s Cupcakery is not responsible for any possible cake serving shortage. With that said a cake cutting guide and care instructions will be provided when your order is picked up.
